“I had a really good conversation over the phone with Nicholson last night for about an hour and a half. I’ve been practicing SR for around 3 years now off and on. And I’m currently on a streak of over a month. And I’ve been struggling a bit with trying to control my energy that’s been built up and learning how to move the energy around in my body, as well as figuring out exactly where I want to go in life while on this path of semen retention.
